Simulation

A process simulation is a dynamic software model that demonstrates flow, logic, time intervals and process constraints. It is built on data, process and relationships that can be altered to test multiple scenarios.  A simulation is a virtual test bed for change.  

Lean

Optimal-Use believes that Lean should be developed as part of a culture that embraces process improvement. It can't be applied. As a team participant, we engage our clients and their staff in Lean improvement projects and events including Value Stream Mapping, 5S and 3P.
